Blueberry Dessert

This recipe is low calorie and low carb. We used a store bought Angel Food Cake and cut it into 16 pieces.  The pudding you can use sugar free or regular. 
Nutrition:  Calories: 90   Fiber: 2   Fat: 3g   Carbs: 2g   Protein: 1g


INGREDIENTS

1      Angel Food Cake
1      Small Pkg. Sugar Free Vanilla Instant Pudding
1      16 oz. tub Light Sour Cream
1      Blueberry Pie Filling (sugar free)

 DIRECTIONS

1.     Break Ange food cake into small pieces.  Layer over bottom of baking      dish.
2.     Spread pie filling over the cake.
3.     Mix package of pudding with sour cream in bowl.
4.     Pour pudding mixture over the cake and pie filling
5.     Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
6.     Top with Fat Free Reddi-whip, if desired.
