Last week Losses:  12.8 lbs.  Gains:  10.2 lbs. for a Net Loss of 2.6 lbs.

Jan Cox was queen for the day with a 9.4 lb. loss

Lisa with a 3.8 lb.  loss.  Great job Lisa!

Exercise 3 days this week.  

Blanket made by Jan, we will be sending to Maggie.  Feel Better Maggie.

Our shirts that Jan's daughter made for us.  They were Awesome!!

Our Angel for the Year was Jan Cox.  Awesome!  She made this beautiful plaque for the winner and she got to keep it for herself.  Well Done Jan.  Let's see what she comes up for this year.
