Chicken Lettuce Wraps

This recipe is low calorie and low carb.

INGREDIENTS

2      cups warm cooked chicken, diced
2      green onions, chopped
1/2   cup shredded carrots
1/4  cup water chestnuts, diced
1 T   Low sodium soy sauce
1T   Rice Wine Vinegar
9     Butter Lettuce Leaves or any lettuce leaves you have on hand

 DIRECTIONS

1.  In a medium bowl, mix together the chicken, green onions, carrots, water chestnuts, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar.
2.  Scoop 1/3 cup chicken mixtur into each lettuce leaf
      Serve.
